Job summary

The role provides executive oversight, staff development, and strategic financial management to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

You will partner with Real Estate, Facilities, and clinical leadership to drive standard practices, governance, and stakeholder engagement while expanding project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of relevant experience; 5–7 years supervisory experience.
• Extensive capital project management in health facilities and campuses.
• Knowledge of planning, design, construction, regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a professional team of project managers and assistants.
• Develop project delivery strategies and governance with leadership.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client communications for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities, and clinical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with codes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
