Job summary

Salas O’Brien in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Architect to lead technical teams, coordinate consultants, and translate design intent into buildable, well-coordinated deliverables. You will mentor staff and ensure quality while nurturing client relationships for ongoing partnerships.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you’ll collaborate across divisions to pursue project opportunities and manage risk, travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• Licensed Architect credential required.
• 10+ years of relevant design experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical and clean room design.
• Experience leading design teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities
