GBBN Architects is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams across phases from kickoff to construction. The role can be located in Cincinnati, Minneapolis, or Pittsburgh and centers on client leadership and business growth.

You will guide project delivery, build client relationships, and help position the firm for repeat work while ensuring financial health and design excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of architecture experience with leadership of projects.
• Professional license required.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage project finances, schedules, and delivery teams.
• Experience in business development and client retention.
• Healthcare market experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison and trusted advisor throughout the process.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for future work.
• Support proposals, interviews, and strategic pursuits with Market Directors.
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary project teams from kickoff through construction.
• Partner with clients to translate business goals into project direction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and overall project performance.
• Mentor emerging talent and elevate team performance.
• Contribute to thought leadership and the firm’s broader visibility.
