Job summary

Electric Power Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large and complex projects, ensuring compliance with policies, contracts, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets and schedules.

You will mentor teams, oversee planning, risk management, and project controls while pursuing business development and client relationships across transmission, substations, renewables, and storage projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience managing Turnkey EPC Electrification/Generation projects.
• Experience leading EPC projects: Transmission, substations, renewable energy (solar, wind), battery storage.
• Proven ability to develop business and establish client relationships.
• Ability to identify opportunities and lead proposals/pursuit efforts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and oversee execution planning and monitoring for internal and external resources.
• Coach and provide performance feedback to project staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies, HSE, quality, and financial targets.
• Develop business and client relationships; pursue opportunities.
• Oversee risk management and project close-out processes.
