ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital projects in electric utility systems across transmission, distribution, and substation assets. The role blends technical execution with strong budget and schedule control, in a hybrid work setup.

You will guide projects from initiation to commissioning, coordinating engineers, technicians, contractors, and equipment while ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, project management, or related role.
• Transmission line and/or substation experience required.
• Experience with electrical utilities, system design, installation, maintenance projects.
• Proven experience managing capital projects, programs, or portfolios.
• Strong understanding of utility project lifecycle.
• Experience with project controls (cost, schedule, reporting).
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Execution-focused with urgency and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of capital projects in electric utility systems from initiation through commissioning.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, contractors, equipment, and materials to ensure construction readiness.
• Maintain budget and schedule controls, forecast performance, and address risks.
• Provide technical guidance across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Engage clients with clear communication and issue resolution.
