Job summary

Electric Power Engineers, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex EPC electrification and generation initiatives. You will guide execution planning, oversight, and project controls for both internal and external teams.

The role emphasizes developing business with clients, leading proposals, and ensuring schedule, cost, and risk management aligned with EPE policies and safety standards. Remote US work is offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited program.
• Ten or more years of experience managing turnkey EPC electrification/generation projects.
• Experience leading EPC projects across transmission, substations, renewables, and storage.
• Proven ability to develop business and client relationships; lead proposals and pursuits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large, complex EPC electrification/generation projects.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control for internal and external teams.
• Coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and participate in project reviews and risk assessments.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, cost control, invoicing, and cash flow to meet financial targets.
• Lead contract, claims, procurement, and stakeholder relations; ensure HSE compliance.
