Job summary

TIME Systems, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (Full-Time) to join our Project Management Office in support of DoD contracts at the Pentagon in Virginia. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering value-driven technology, management, and engineering solutions.

You will engage with government personnel, manage peer review projects from inception to delivery, and coordinate SMEs for assignments, ensuring timely, quality results.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of Project/Program Management experience with a successful delivery track record.
• Experience coordinating DoD projects and interfacing with government personnel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through delivery.
• Coordinate all related functions, tasks and scheduling.
• Interface with DoD officials and coordinate Peer Review projects.
• Supervise, coordinate work schedules, and complete administrative tasks.
• Contribute to proposals and process improvements.
