Job summary

POTOMAC MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Program Manager with an active Secret clearance to lead the HQ Services program. You will interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, government management personnel and customer agency representatives, guiding strategic plans and day-to-day operations.

Minimum 8 years of program management experience focusing on risk management, innovation and quality management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of program management experience focused on risk, innovation and quality management systems.
• Must have active Secret clearance.
• PMP certification required; Masters degree or 12+ years of experience as alternative.
• Experience interfacing with CO/COR, government management and customer agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire program for HQ Services.
• Develops and implements strategic plans to align objectives with the customer mission.
• Leads program staff and manages day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
