Job summary

B&A in Arlington, VA, seeks a Top Secret Project Manager to lead and coordinate DoD contracts, ensuring compliance with PWS and timely delivery. The role requires strong leadership, contract management, and DoD program experience in complex federal environments.

You will prepare executive briefs, manage resources, budgets, schedules, and risk, and communicate with Government stakeholders to align objectives with contract requirements. A TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal government contract management experience.
• 5+ years of DoD experience managing PWS tasks.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• Accredited project management certification (PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities to execute DoD contract requirements.
• Provide day-to-day project oversight, planning, and reporting.
• Serve as primary liaison with Government representatives on status and risks.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet objectives.
• Develop plans, schedules, and executive-level briefings.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Deliver written/oral briefings to senior Government leadership.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and contract obligations.
