Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active secret level federal security clearance required.
• PMP certification required.
• On-site in Arlington, VA (DMV area).
• 15+ years of progressive professional experience.
• 10+ years in federal government programs/contracts with enterprise size and complexity.
• Experience with project planning, monitoring, and financial activities.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and contractor staff for government PMs, providing day-to-day leadership and issue resolution.
• Interface with government CORs, PMs, and stakeholders to address program requirements and deployment of technologies.
• Plan, schedule, execute, monitor and oversee projects through full lifecycle and SDLC activities.
• Act as SME on complex projects and recommend innovative approaches.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with defined scope, cost, and quality measures.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes using established processes.
• Conduct technical research and analyses to evaluate concepts, risks, and feasibility for government goals.
• Support formulation of R&D programs and align activities with business objectives.
• Develop and present program and technical documentation, including briefings and plans.
• Implement CPI and QA improvements and track performance and costs.
