Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm supporting commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program Manager in the Washington, DC area to oversee contract and project management activities.

The PM will develop work plans, monitor performance, liaise with COR and leadership, and manage financials, staffing, and risk. SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED/TS/SCI ELIGIBLE; some remote possibilities.

Qualifications

• BS in IT Management or Program/Project Management.
• PMP/PMI certification required.
• 10 years of IT program management experience.
• 5 years of financial and performance monitoring.
• Minimum 5 years with Agile methodologies.
• Public Trust Level One security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide management and oversight for the contract and project management support.
• Develop work plans, reports, quality checks, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the deployment of all program criteria and interact with COR, Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership.
• Responsible for program financials, employee review, customer relationships, quality management, staffing and team building.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services and develop management plans, procedures, and methodology.
• Provide accounting operations support and conduct in-depth research into accounting discrepancies.
• Support cleanup efforts and ensure compliance with PWS, schedules, and Government expectations.
• Maintain risk management and reporting mechanisms to measure contract performance.
