Job summary

Dematic in the United States is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to close. You will define scope, coordinate with the Contract Manager, Project Controller, and engineering teams.

You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, manage customer communications, and produce design specs, drawings, and test plans. You will run regular contract reviews and oversee changes after turnover.

Qualifications

• Solid track record in project management.
• Experience coordinating with Contract Manager, Project Controller and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into defined scope and tasks for the project.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and on budget.
• Accountable for all customer communication, documentation, and deliverables, including design specs, drawings, and test plans.
• Schedule Contract Review meetings with the Contract Manager as part of the project kickoff.
• Review and manage contract changes after sales turnover with support from the Contract Manager.
• Collaborate with the Project Planner to build and maintain the project plan using established processes.
• Supervise project budget, schedule, and variances; forecast future costs.
• Handover to Customer Service and the external Customer with defined actions at close-out.
