Job summary

Onbe, a fast-growing FinTech, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives within the PMO. You will drive execution aligned with enterprise goals, applying Agile and PDLC to deliver high-impact results and manage resources, schedules, and budgets with strong business acumen and stakeholder influence.

You will collaborate across teams, vendors, and senior leadership, guiding change, mitigating risks, and ensuring measurable project outcomes while fostering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading large initiatives.
• Experience in payments and disbursements is a plus.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans aligned with strategic goals across functions.
• Lead enterprise-wide Agile projects from concept to completion with timely delivery.
• Identify risks and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, including third-party vendors.
• Establish communication plans to influence strategy and engage stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes and assess downstream impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement and coach team development.
• Lead organizational change and align stakeholders across levels.
• Apply Agile methodologies and PM tools (e.g., Asana) to improve outcomes.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and performance across the organization.
• Foster strategic relationships with senior leadership to drive innovation.
