Brink's seeks an experienced Project Manager to enable delivery of Digital Retail Solutions initiatives. This role sits within the Global DRS Solutions Development team and partners with Global Product Owners, Market Product Managers, Technology, and stakeholders to plan and execute launches and enablement across markets.

The role emphasizes coordinating dependencies, managing risks, and delivering business outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading projects and programs of increasing complexity in technology, product, digital, or business transformation environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred; LEAN certification a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps/Jira, and Power BI.
Experience managing global (multi-country / multi-region) initiatives and stakeholders is preferred.

Responsabilités

Develop project charters, scope statements, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and deliverables across varying project types.
Manage scope, dependencies, changes, issues, and risks with mitigation plans.
Oversee vendor engagement, contract management, and deliverable quality.
Support implementation readiness, deployment planning, launch execution, and post-launch stabilization.
