Job summary

The Brink's Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) team in the US. You will coordinate with Global Product Owners, market stakeholders, and technology teams to plan, launch, and enable market initiatives across multiple regions.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, risks, and governance, ensuring timely delivery and achieving business outcomes. A PMO-aligned leader with strong communication and collaboration skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading projects and programs in technology, product, digital, or transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Technology, Operations, and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred; LEAN a plus.
• Experience with MS Project, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps/Jira, and Power BI.
• Experience managing global multi-country initiatives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute DRS initiatives across the organization with Global DRS leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, changes, and issues with mitigation planning.
• Oversee vendor engagement, contracts, and delivery quality.
• Support implementation readiness, deployment planning, and post-launch stabilization.
