Job summary

Brink's, Incorporated is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) team in the NAM region. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing product launches, market enablement initiatives, and continuous improvement across multi-country engagements.

You will partner with Global Product Owners, Technology teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes across Europe and the NAM region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading projects and programs of increasing complexity in technology, product, digital, or business transformation environments.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Technology, Operations, external partners, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, scope statements, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes.
• Create and maintain WBS, estimates, schedules, resource plans, and financial forecasts.
• Identify, assess, and manage dependencies, constraints, risks, and critical-path activities.
• Establish governance, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve milestones across various project types (new products, country enablement, or quality improvements).
• Drive accountability to deliver commitments and business outcomes.
• Manage scope, changes, issues, risks, and resolution planning.
• Oversee vendor engagement, contract management, and deliverable quality.
• Support deployment planning, launch execution, and post-launch stabilization.
