Job summary

Brink’s is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Digital Retail Solutions team in the NAM region, coordinating with Global Product Owners, Technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and deliver product launches and market enablement.

You will manage scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendor engagement across multiple markets, driving on-time delivery and business outcomes for digital retail initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading projects and programs in technology, product, digital, or business transformation.
• Experience coordinating across Product, Technology, Operations, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred; LEAN a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global DRS initiatives and coordinate with Global Product Owners and Market Product Managers.
• Plan, execute launches, and drive market enablement and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications across multiple markets.
