Dematic is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Michigan (Grand Rapids) to lead complex projects from kickoff to close-out.

You will partner with contract, planning, and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable tasks, manage budgets, and ensure timely, quality deliverables. You will be accountable for all customer communications, documentation, and change management, with a focus on risk mitigation and smooth project handoffs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or leading complex projects.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scope and tasks.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Contract Manager, Project Controller, and core team to define project scope and tasks.
• Own customer communications, documentation, and deliverables (FDS, drawings, test plans).
• Schedule and participate in contract review meetings during kickoff.
• Manage contract changes with support from Contract Manager.
• Coordinate with planners to build and maintain project schedules.
• Oversee project budget, schedule, and variances; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Service and external customers at close-out.
