Dematic in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, aligning with strategic objectives. You will define project scope, develop plans, manage schedules and budgets, establish governance, and lead cross-functional teams while coordinating vendor agreements to ensure successful delivery.

Strong communication skills, a solid background in project management, and experience in material handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in material handling industry.
• Strong project management background with proven delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with comprehensive plans.
• Lead development and maintenance of schedules, risks, budgets, and governance.
• Lead and motivate project teams and manage resource plans.
• Monitor progress, critical path activities, and dependencies; implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and facilitate meetings.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage vendor performance.
