NextEra Energy Resources, one of America’s largest wholesale electricity generators, seeks a Project Manager to support gas development activities from early assessments to construction readiness. The role blends Engineering, Construction, and Integrated Supply Chain to drive risk-aware, owner-focused reporting and cross-functional alignment.

You will manage schedules, costs, and risk across hub projects, coordinate with EPC/EPCM teams, and deliver owner-ready status updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction.
• Experience with project controls and schedule development for gas generation or major capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage Owner-level reporting, including monthly and quarterly progress reports.

Responsabilités

• Support E&C participation in Technology Review, Preliminary Engineering, and contracting for active hub gas development projects.
• Coordinate E&C SME inputs for site configuration reviews, constructability assessments, and balance-of-plant evaluations.
• Track development and regulatory milestones, ensuring dependencies are identified early.
• Maintain project schedules, cost benchmarks, and cashflow models for sanction decisions.
• Own and maintain the E&C risk register across active work streams.
• Prepare executive-level project status packages and dashboards with scope, budget, and risk data.
