NextEra Energy is seeking a Project Manager to support E&C's gas development activities from early assessments through construction readiness and execution at our Federal Hub efforts. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Construction, and Integrated Supply Chain, demanding discipline, ownership of cost and schedule risk, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

• 8+ years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction.
• Experience in project controls and schedule development for gas generation or major capital projects.

• Manage project schedules, cost benchmarks, and cashflow models for sanction decisions.
• Own and maintain the E&C risk register across active work streams.
• Identify and escalate Development-driven scope changes impacting cost or schedule risk.
• Support risk-adjusted cost positioning and contingency analyses for leadership reviews.
• Prepare and maintain project status packages and dashboards for executive review.
