Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, project management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects from business case through planning, execution, implementation, closeout and benefits realization.
• Develop project scope, deliverables, work plans, milestones, budgets, and resource plans with sponsors.
• Manage competing priorities, interdependencies, and risks across concurrent initiatives.
• Maintain an enterprise project portfolio with standardized planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, capacity, value, and risk.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and steering materials.
• Lead process improvements, integrations, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate across Finance, IT, HR, Compliance, Legal, and Risk Management.
• Measure outcomes like cost savings, service improvements, and cycle-time reductions.
• Coordinate training and post-launch stabilization activities.
