You will partner with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery, with post-implementation support and transition to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years technology experience.
• 5+ years PM experience.
• 3+ years business requirements gathering.
• Experience in financial services or credit unions preferred.

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure and stabilization.
• Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Perform business analysis and requirements gathering as project needs require.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
