Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is required.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in contract management including drafting, negotiation, and administration.
• Advanced Excel skills to create complex spreadsheets and reports.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, defining scope, goals and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and expectations.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation and support.
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
