Exeter Finance LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop robust project plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic goals.

You will manage risks, communicate with senior stakeholders, and drive process improvements across major programs, shaping how the organization delivers valuable outcomes while maintaining quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
• 4–6 years of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale budgets and timelines.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans with scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external partners.
• Act as principal point of contact for stakeholders; communicate status, risks, and issues.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate complex project risks and issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with requirements.
• Manage changes to scope, schedules, and resources; update plans accordingly.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare performance reports.
• Evaluate and improve PM processes using industry best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
