Job summary

EPC Services Company in San Diego seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex EPC electrical projects, including substations, transmission lines, and industrial facilities. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and coordination with clients and partners.

The role requires 10+ years of project management experience in high‑voltage electrical systems, excellent communication, and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management with 10+ years of PM experience on complex transmission/substation projects.
• Proven ability to lead EPC turnkey projects and manage program-level activities.
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC turnkey projects and provide strategic oversight for electrical power, communications, and industrial facilities.
• Manage program and project finances, bids, safety, field support, and admin tasks.
• Mentor and train Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers; report to Branch/General Manager.
