Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews, review reports, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, including pricing two-year programs, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Travel to active sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, or ACI) and credibility with field crews.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
