Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking an experienced project manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope, price, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipping, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, mentoring staff and growing the book through reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
