You will manage multiple concurrent projects with authority and accountability, ensuring profitability while keeping clients informed and satisfied. A strong focus on budgeting, invoicing inputs, and growth through reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Proven scheduling and client-facing skills under deadlines.
• Certifications ICC, NICET, or ACI with technical credibility on field crews.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and the testing program from scoping to reports.
• Schedule field and lab resources against calendars and budgets.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations promptly.
