Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and oversee the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews, reviewing reports, and keeping projects profitable.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts through reliable service. Texas-based role with periodic travel to sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC on job sites.
• Scheduling and client-facing communication under deadlines.
• Credentials ICC, NICET, or ACI and credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
