Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and every testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable with clear client updates.

You’ll run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, managing budgets and invoicing while driving growth through reliability and strong communication with field staff and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• CERTIFICATIONS (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
