Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program: scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed. You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and real accountability.

Salary runs $125,000 to $155,000 depending on the book you carry and the clients you bring credibility with.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control with credentials.
• Certifications ICC, NICET or ACI with credibility with field crews.
• Business skills can be sharpened; field credibility cannot be faked.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; Manage budgets and invoicing inputs; communicate with clients.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability and maintaining profitable projects.
