You will coordinate field and laboratory crews against pour calendars, review reports prior to submission, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

Expect significant responsibility: pricing new programs, managing multi-project workloads, and defending schedules against shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and ability to communicate credibly with field crews.
• Strong scheduling and client-facing skills under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
