Job summary

Disney in Anaheim is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Facility Asset Management) to oversee projects from inception to closeout with a focus on scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

You will lead planning and development, coordinate internal and external resources, manage client communications, and ensure compliance with OSHA and corporate standards. A four-year degree and 2+ years of PM/construction experience are preferred. Salary range $104,800–$128,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (BA/BS) in project/construction management or related field and 2+ years of project/construction experience.
• Four years of project management/construction management in hospitality, commercial and industrial construction; Theme Park construction a plus.
• Knowledge of project management processes and ability to manage portfolios over $4M annually.
• Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, document management, contracting, and cost forecasting.
• Familiarity with codes (UBC, NEC & UFC) and strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and approval of contractor safety plans; OSHA and governance adherence.
• Lead planning, development, execution, and closeout of projects with budgeting and cash flow reporting.
• Develop project scope and estimates; coordinate with estimator, scheduler, and controller for funding approvals.
• Manage timelines and schedules to minimize impact on operations; control change orders and cost reporting.
• Assemble and lead project teams; maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Provide contract administration support for scope, unit costing, bid alternates, and constraints.
• Communicate project status to Business Partners, Clients, and management; ensure seamless operations.
