Job summary

Disney is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead Facility Asset Management projects from inception to completion, ensuring strict scope, budget, and schedule control. You will report to the Manager of Programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, planning, and coordination with clients and business partners, with a focus on cost efficiency and timely project closeout.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in project/construction management or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on project/construction experience (or 2 years college + 8+ years).
• Experience managing projects >$4M annually.
• Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are scoped, designed, and executed within budget and schedule.
• Lead development of project scope, options, and implementation strategy.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to meet project objectives.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate EFC reporting and project files.
