Job summary

Disney in Anaheim is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Facility Asset Management to oversee project scoping, planning, and execution with strict control of scope, budget, and schedule.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage safety plans, drive cost reporting, and communicate with partners and management to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of facilities projects.

This role reports to the Manager of Programs and requires strong leadership, planning, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in project/construction management or related field with 2+ years of project/construction experience.
• Four years of project/construction management experience in hospitality, commercial, or industrial construction; Theme Park construction a plus.
• Proven knowledge of project management processes and ability to manage a portfolio of projects over $4M annually.
• Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, document management, and contract management.
• Familiarity with construction codes (UBC, NEC & UFC).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present to management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scoping, planning, and execution with strict control of budget and schedule.
• Lead development of project design, development, implementation, and financial reporting (EFC).
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to deliver projects.
• Manage safety plans, regulatory compliance (OSHA), and SOP adherence.
• Develop and maintain client and partner communications regarding status and milestones.
