Job summary

Disney is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Facility Asset Management) in Anaheim to oversee project scope, budget, and schedule from inception to closeout. You will work with the Manager of Programs and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, planning, and governance, with responsibilities spanning project development, scheduling, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (BA/BS) in project/construction management or related field and 2+ years of hands-on project/construction experience.
• Four years of project management/construction management in hospitality, commercial and industrial construction; Theme Park construction is a plus.
• Proven knowledge of project management processes and ability to manage a portfolio of projects over $4M annually.
• Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, document management, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project safety and compliance with OSHA and company SOPs.
• Develop, plan, execute, and closeout projects with budget and schedule control.
• Assemble and lead project teams from internal and external resources.
• Support contract development including scope, unit costs, and bid alternates.
• Manage project schedules, critical path, and manpower loading to meet deadlines.
• Communicate status, schedule, and financial impacts to stakeholders.
