Job summary

Disney in Anaheim is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Facility Asset Management) to ensure projects are scoped, designed, and executed with strict control of scope, budget, and schedule. You will report to the Manager of Programs and manage projects from inception to completion, delivering high-quality, cost-effective results.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in project/construction management or related field plus 2+ years of hands-on project/construction experience.
• Experience in hospitality, commercial and industrial construction, preferably with large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of project management processes and ability to manage a portfolio of projects over $4M annually.
• Familiarity with construction codes (UBC, NEC, UFC) and cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project safety by approving contractor safety plans and complying with OSHA and SOG requirements.
• Develop, plan, execute, and closeout projects including design, development, budget, cash flow, and EFC reporting.
• Lead scope development, estimate review, and schedule with appropriate stakeholders.
• Assemble and manage project teams, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with multiple LOBs.
