Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (BA/BS) in project/construction management or related field and 2+ years of hands-on project/construction experience.
• Proven knowledge of project management process and ability to manage a portfolio of projects over $4M annually.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project scope, design, and execution within budget and schedule.
• Lead safety, planning, development, and closeout of projects.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver projects on time.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for management reviews.
