Job summary

Veit Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to finalize bids and win projects in the Demolition group. You will direct contract work from start to finish, coordinating scheduling, budget control and client relations.

The role requires 15+ years in estimating and project management for large complex projects, with strong communication, leadership, and/software skills including Viewpoint Vista and HCSS. On-site travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 15+ years of estimating and managing large complex projects experience in related scope of work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Finalize bids and secure projects within the Demolition group.
• Provide overall management direction of contract work from start to finish including scheduling, cost containment, monitoring progress, compliance, and client contact.
• Prepare full estimates on large complex work and coordinate bid submittals.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and ensure communication between project managers, field and office staff.
• Manage costs, billing, and invoicing; track milestones and ensure profitability.
