• Experience with bidding and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Finalize bids and proposals for clients and public entities.
• Provide overall management direction to multiple projects and coordinate pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate construction methods and staffing needs with operations staff.
• Obtain necessary permits and licensing.
• Track labor and material costs and manage billing and collections.
• Coordinate communication with owners and general contractors to achieve timely completion.
