The role requires 15+ years of estimating and large project experience, strong leadership and communication, proficiency with Viewpoint Vista, HCSS, and Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years estimating/management of large, complex demolition projects.
• Strong bid/proposal development experience with public/private clients.
• Excellent communication and leadership across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
