Job summary

Bayview Services Inc. in California seeks an experienced Interior & Structural Demolition Estimator to develop accurate takeoffs, pricing, and bid proposals for complex projects.

You will collaborate with operations and executive leadership, review specs, manage vendor quotes, and ensure bids meet budget, schedule, and safety requirements. Strong communication and experience with MS Project/Bluebeam are a plus.

Qualifications

• Interior & Structural Demolition Estimating Experience or Sufficient Field Experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Market your own business relationships.
• Obtain new accounts by developing new business and customer relationships.
• Seek out bid and sales opportunities with assigned customers.
• Attend business development meetings, seminars and client briefings related to the industry to identify potential opportunities and future targets.
• Maintain knowledge of local, state and federal regulations, DOT requirements, as well as corporate policies and procedures.
• Attend post-bid / per-award job interviews and clearly communicate the organizations capability and competency to successfully complete the project.
