Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and business process transformations for government and commercial clients. You will coordinate across client stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, monitoring scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and quality to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, CS, Engineering, or Public Administration, required
• Five (5) or more years of project management experience, required
• Three (3) or more years managing technology implementations, business process transformations, systems projects, or organizational change initiatives, required
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, scope changes, vendors, or subcontractors, required
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders, and project deliverables, required
• Experience with ERP implementations including requirements, configuration, data conversion, testing, deployment, or stabilization, preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and strategic projects from planning through closeout
• Develops project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinates activities across stakeholders, agencies, contractors, vendors, and technical teams
• Incorporates government contracting requirements into planning, reporting, and documentation
• Maintains risk registers, issue logs, and change logs; tracks budgets and forecasts
• Reviews deliverables for accuracy, quality, and contractual compliance
• Supports proposal development, solution design, and project mobilization activities
• Maintains relationships with government clients, sponsors, teams, and vendors
