  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
  • Attend meetings with clients, partners, and contractors to address challenges and provide solutions.
Construction Management
  • Oversee the Owner’s scope of work, equipment schedules, and coordination with EPC contractors.
  • Review EPC design deliverables, integration documents, and site plans to ensure clear definitions and minimize gaps.
  • Manage all contractors and subcontractors, including QA, environmental monitoring, compliance, and onsite coordination.
  • Lead contract management, change order processes, and resolution of disputes with a collaborative approach.
Risk, Safety, and Compliance

  • Ensure safety protocols are followed, conduct ad‑hoc safety audits, and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor submittals, RFIs, and onsite issues, escalating to the Owner only when necessary.
Reporting and Communication
  • Lead project status calls, create reports, and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with EPC partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance with energy tax abatements or other regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership and Development
