Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
• Proven ability to coordinate large, multi-team initiatives.
• Experience developing testing strategies, schedules, and plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC and collaboration with tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy for a large enterprise transformation program.
• Drive alignment across product, technology, operations and finance.
• Establish and manage testing plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to clarify testing needs and go-live expectations.
