Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, seeks a Senior Project Manager to join the Program Management Office in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on leading enterprise testing initiatives and coordinating across product, technology, operations, and finance.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end testing strategies, managing plans and milestones, and mitigating risks to ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or related roles within enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Experience developing and managing testing strategies, schedules, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and working closely with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end testing strategy for a large enterprise transformation program.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams including product, technology, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Establish and manage comprehensive testing plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to clarify testing requirements and go-live expectations.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues across various workstreams to maintain program health.
