The role oversees operational aspects of ongoing projects and acts as a liaison between project management and planning, project teams and line management.

The onsite position supports executive reporting, data compilation, budgeting, workforce planning, and resource tracking as part of a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD valued for advanced roles.
• 8+ years of project management experience recommended; endurance for complex programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Prepare executive presentations and data analyses.
• Support budgeting, planning and forecast processes.
• Coordinate staffing, facilities, and resource allocation.
• Lead special initiatives and translate business needs into engineering strategies.
