Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Manager 2 for the Engineering & Sciences Baltimore and Partner Sites. The role supports an on-site team, coordinating program and portfolio efforts, budgeting, and resource planning with multiple stakeholders to enable successful project execution.

The candidate will lead data analysis, prepare executive presentations, support interns, and drive workforce planning activities within the BaPS organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of PM experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience leading and delivering complex projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in Capital/NCTA management, facilities strategies, staffing strategy and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with next level engineering and division operations managers in an operational cadence to achieve contractual objectives.
• Support the process for resource planning (staffing, NCTA, Capital).
• Support budgeting, planning and financial forecasting.
• Ensure engineering has facilities and infrastructure to support business execution and growth.
• Coordinate engineering status reporting and data repositories.
• Plan and facilitate leadership off-sites, site visits, and reviews.
• Lead special initiatives and translate business needs into engineering strategies.
• Coordinate regular review of engineering metrics and indicators.
