Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Project Manager AFM to drive complex engineering projects from inception to delivery. The role supports Tulsa, OK with options for hybrid scheduling and potential work-from-home flexibility.

You will own customer relationships, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality metrics align with business goals. The position requires strong communication, accounting for margins and risk, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within engineering, heavy industrial, or construction environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts.
• Experience in financial aspects of project management (margin, variance, cash flow).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
• Own the customer relationship as the primary point of contact, driving communication strategy and resolving escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead project execution with milestone tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery and margin protection.
